Fasiyal Estetiğin Fotoğrafik Standartları
Özet
Fasiyal estetikte preoperatif fotoğraf çekimi; ameliyat planlaması, hasta eğitimi ve tıbbi dökümantasyon açısından kritik bir öneme sahiptir. Cerrahın bilimsel geçerliliği olan bir veritabanı oluşturabilmesi için uluslararası standartlara uygun, tek tip ve yüksek kaliteli görseller elde etmesi gerekir. Fotoğraf çekimlerinde D-SLR makineler tercih edilerek diyafram (ideal F 10-13), enstantane hızı (1/160-1/200) ve ISO (100-200) ayarları doğru yapılmalı, balık gözü etkisinden kaçınmak için 100 mm lens ile zoom yapılmadan çekim gerçekleştirilmelidir. Arka plan düz mavi veya gri seçilmeli, gölgelenmeyi önlemek için paraflaş ışık sistemi kurulmalıdır. Hastalar çekim öncesi onam vermeli, yüz hatlarını kapatacak saç, makyaj veya aksesuarlardan arındırılmalıdır. Standart baş pozisyonunu yakalamak için Frankfort ve Reid hatları yere paralel olacak şekilde ayarlanır. Uygulanacak cerrahi türüne göre çekim açıları değişir; rinoplastide 7, blefaroplastide 6, otoplastide 5 farklı açıdan kayıt alınır. Ayrıca gelişen teknolojiyle birlikte, 6 kameralı Vectra 3D görüntüleme ve Mirror yazılımı sayesinde yüzün 3 boyutlu simülasyonu yapılarak ameliyat başarısı artırılmaktadır. Sonuç olarak, cerrahın belirli standartlarda fotoğraf arşivi oluşturması operasyonel takibi kolaylaştırır.
Preoperative photography in facial aesthetics is of critical importance for operative planning, patient education, and medical documentation. For a surgeon to establish a scientifically valid database, acquiring uniform and high-quality images in compliance with international standards is essential. In photography sessions, D-SLR cameras are preferred, and the aperture (ideal F 10-13), shutter speed (1/160-1/200), and ISO (100-200) settings must be accurately adjusted, while utilizing a 100 mm lens without zooming to avoid the fisheye effect. The background should be plain blue or gray, and a twin-flash studio lighting system should be installed to prevent shadowing. Patients must provide consent prior to imaging and be cleared of hair, makeup, or accessories that obscure facial features. To achieve standard head positioning, the Frankfort and Reid horizontal lines are aligned parallel to the floor. Imaging angles vary by surgery type; recording 7 different angles for rhinoplasty, 6 for blepharoplasty, and 5 for otoplasty. Additionally, with advancing technology, the 6-camera Vectra 3D imaging system and Mirror software allow for a 3D simulation of the face, thereby enhancing surgical success. Consequently, creating a standardized photographic archive facilitates consistent post-operative monitoring.
