Özet

Bu bölümde, çocuklarda sık görülen ekstremite ağrıları; travma, büyüme ağrıları ve romatizmal hastalıklar gibi geniş bir yelpazede ele alınmaktadır. Artrit ve artralji arasındaki temel farklar vurgulanırken, özellikle büyüme ağrılarının ayırt edici özellikleri ve tanı süreçleri detaylandırılmaktadır. Birinci basamak hekimleri için kritik ipuçları sunan metin, biyopsikososyal yaklaşımın ve multidisipliner tedavi yöntemlerinin çocuk sağlığındaki önemini ortaya koymaktadır.
