Özet

Bu çalışma, çocukluktan ergenliğe geçişin önemli bir evresi olan erken ergenliği (puberte prekoks) fizyolojik, etiyolojik ve klinik açılardan kapsamlı bir şekilde ele almaktadır. Metinde, erken ergenliğin tanımı, santral ve periferik türleri arasındaki farklar ile obezite ve çevresel endokrin bozucuların bu süreçteki kritik rolleri güncel veriler ışığında analiz edilmektedir. Erken tanı ve doğru tedavi yaklaşımlarının fiziksel ve psikososyal gelişim üzerindeki hayati önemini vurgulayan bu bölüm, özellikle birinci basamak sağlık hizmetlerinde farkındalık oluşturmayı amaçlamaktadır.

 

This study comprehensively examines precocious puberty, a critical phase in the transition from childhood to adolescence, from physiological, etiological, and clinical perspectives. The text analyzes the definition of precocious puberty, the differences between central and peripheral types, and the critical roles of obesity and environmental endocrine disruptors in light of current data. Emphasizing the vital importance of early diagnosis and correct treatment approaches for physical and psychosocial development, this section aims to raise awareness, particularly in primary health care services.
