Özet
Bu bölüm, çocukluktan erişkinliğe geçişin en kritik evrelerinden biri olan puberte dönemini ve bu süreçte karşılaşılan gecikme sorunlarını kapsamlı bir şekilde ele almaktadır. Kız ve erkek çocuklarda normal gelişim basamakları Tanner skalası eşliğinde sunulurken; gecikmiş pubertenin genetik, fonksiyonel ve hormonal nedenleri detaylıca analiz edilmektedir. Özellikle aile hekimlerinin erken teşhisteki rolüne ve bu sürecin psikososyal etkilerine vurgu yapan çalışma, akademik bir perspektifle güncel tanı ve tedavi yaklaşımlarını bir araya getirmektedir.
