This text comprehensively covers the physiological mechanisms, classification, and diagnostic methods of common headaches. It emphasizes the clinical features of primary headaches—mainly migraine, tension-type, and cluster headaches—while distinguishing them from vital secondary causes. Additionally, patient management in primary care, lifestyle modifications, and current treatment strategies are detailed.
