Boğaz Ağrısı
Özet
Boğaz ağrısı, hem enfeksiyöz hem de enfeksiyöz olmayan faktörlerden kaynaklanan ve birinci basamak sağlık hizmetlerinde en sık karşılaşılan şikayetlerden biridir. Enfeksiyöz nedenlerin başında virüsler ve bakteriler gelirken; sigara kullanımı, reflü ve hava kirliliği gibi durumlar enfeksiyöz olmayan tetikleyiciler arasında yer alır. Tedavi sürecinde, özellikle A grubu beta-hemolitik streptokok ayrımının yapılması gereksiz antibiyotik kullanımını önlemek açısından kritik öneme sahiptir.
Sore throat is one of the most common complaints in primary care, caused by both infectious and non-infectious factors. While viruses and bacteria are the primary infectious causes, conditions such as smoking, reflux, and air pollution are among the non-infectious triggers. In the treatment process, distinguishing especially Group A beta-hemolytic streptococcus is critically important to prevent unnecessary antibiotic use.
