Özet

Gastrointestinal sistem (GİS) kanamaları, yüksek morbidite ve mortalite riski taşıyan, acil müdahale gerektiren önemli gastroenterolojik durumlardırBu kanamalar, anatomik yerleşimlerine göre üst ve alt GİS kanamaları olarak sınıflandırılmakta; tanı sürecinde hastanın hemodinamik stabilizasyonu, ayrıntılı anamnez, fizik muayene ve laboratuvar tetkikleri kritik rol oynamaktadır. Tedavi yaklaşımında endoskopik girişimler, farmakolojik destekler ve gerektiğinde cerrahi yöntemler kullanılarak kanamanın durdurulması ve tekrarlamasının önlenmesi hedeflenmektedir.

 

Gastrointestinal system (GIS) bleedings are significant gastroenterological emergencies with high morbidity and mortality risks that require urgent interventionThese bleedings are classified as upper and lower GIS bleedings based on their anatomical location, and hemodynamic stabilization, detailed anamnesis, physical examination, and laboratory tests play a critical role in the diagnosis process. The treatment approach aims to stop the bleeding and prevent recurrence by utilizing endoscopic interventions, pharmacological support, and surgical methods when necessary.
