Özet
Bu metin, diz ekleminin anatomik yapısını, diz ağrılarının epidemiyolojisini ve klinik değerlendirme süreçlerini kapsamlı bir şekilde ele almaktadır. Diz ağrılarının nedenleri; osteoartrit, inflamatuar artritler ve septik artrit gibi artiküler faktörlerin yanı sıra bağ yaralanmaları, tendinitler ve bursitler gibi periartiküler nedenlere göre sınıflandırılmaktadır. Tanı aşamasında detaylı anamnez, fizik muayene ve görüntüleme yöntemlerinin önemi vurgulanırken, tedavi planlamasında konservatif yaklaşımlar, egzersiz programları ve gerektiğinde cerrahi müdahaleler önerilmektedir. Birinci basamak hekimlerinin tanı koyma sürecindeki rolü ve hastaların uzman branşlara sevk edilmesini gerektiren kritik durumlar detaylandırılmaktadır.
