Anksiyete Bozuklukları
Özet
Anksiyete bozuklukları, birinci basamak sağlık hizmetlerinde sık karşılaşılan, bireyin işlevselliğini ve yaşam kalitesini ciddi oranda bozan psikiyatrik durumlardır. DSM-5 sınıflandırmasına göre ayrılma kaygısı, özgül fobi, sosyal fobi, panik bozukluk ve yaygın anksiyete bozukluğu gibi alt tipleri bulunan bu rahatsızlıklar, sıklıkla fiziksel belirtilerle maskelenerek yanlış teşhis edilebilmektedir. Tedavi sürecinde bilişsel davranışçı terapiler ve SSRI grubu ilaçlar temel yöntemler olarak öne çıkarken, erken teşhis sağlık sistemi üzerindeki yükü ve maliyetleri azaltmaktadır.
Anxiety disorders are common psychiatric conditions in primary care that significantly impair an individual's functionality and quality of life. These disorders, which include subtypes such as separation anxiety, specific phobia, social phobia, panic disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder according to DSM-5, are often misdiagnosed as they can be masked by physical symptoms. While cognitive behavioral therapies and SSRI group medications stand out as primary treatment methods, early diagnosis reduces the burden and costs on the healthcare system.
