Servikal Spondilotik Myelopati
Özet
24 yaşındaki kadın hasta, iki yıldır süregelen boyun ağrısı ve sağ kolda kuvvetsizlik şikayetleriyle başvurmuş; yapılan incelemelerde C3-C4 seviyesinde omuriliğe baskı yapan kalsifiye diskopati ve dar kanal tespit edilmiştir. Tedavi olarak, hastanın yaşı ve kord yapısı dikkate alınarak anterior servikal diskektomi, osteofit eksizyonu ve cage ile füzyon cerrahisi uygulanmıştır. Ameliyat sonrası dönemde nörolojik şikayetleri tamamen düzelen hasta, altıncı ay kontrolünde sorunsuz olarak izlenmiştir.
A 24-year-old female patient presented with chronic neck pain and weakness in her right arm, leading to the diagnosis of calcified discopathy and spinal stenosis causing cord compression at the C3-C4 level. Considering the patient's age and cord compliance, the medical team performed anterior cervical discectomy, excision of osteophytes, and fusion with a cage under neuromonitoring. The procedure resulted in complete resolution of neurological symptoms, and the patient remained asymptomatic at her six-month follow-up.
