72 yaşındaki kadın hasta, merdivenden düşme sonrası gelişen uzuv felci ve uyuşukluk şikayetleriyle travmatik santral kord sendromu tanısı almıştırYapılan tetkiklerde ossifiye posterior longitudinal ligaman (OPLL) ve spinal kanal daralması tespit edilen hastaya, 72 saatlik takip sonrası C3-6 laminektomi ve lateral mass vidalama işlemi uygulanmıştırCerrahi sonrası rehabilitasyon sürecinde hızla iyileşen hastanın motor fonksiyonları ikinci ayın sonunda tamamen normale dönmüştür.
