Servikal Travma ve OPLL
Özet
72 yaşındaki kadın hasta, merdivenden düşme sonrası gelişen uzuv felci ve uyuşukluk şikayetleriyle travmatik santral kord sendromu tanısı almıştır. Yapılan tetkiklerde ossifiye posterior longitudinal ligaman (OPLL) ve spinal kanal daralması tespit edilen hastaya, 72 saatlik takip sonrası C3-6 laminektomi ve lateral mass vidalama işlemi uygulanmıştır. Cerrahi sonrası rehabilitasyon sürecinde hızla iyileşen hastanın motor fonksiyonları ikinci ayın sonunda tamamen normale dönmüştür.
A 72-year-old female patient was diagnosed with traumatic central cord syndrome following a fall, presenting with limb paralysis and numbness. Imaging revealed ossified posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL) and spinal canal stenosis, leading to a C3-6 laminectomy and lateral mass screw fixation after a 72-hour observation period. The patient showed significant recovery during post-operative rehabilitation, regaining full motor strength by the end of the second month.
