Özet

Düşük enerjili bir trafik kazası sonrası boyun bölgesinde ciddi kemik kırıkları ve dislokasyon saptanan 26 yaşındaki kadın hastanın tedavi süreci aktarılmaktadırRadyolojik görüntülerde ağır hasar tespit edilmesine rağmen nöral dokunun korunduğu gözlemlenmiş; hastaya uzun süren kapsamlı bir cerrahi stabilizasyon ve dekompresyon işlemi uygulanmıştırMüdahaleden bir yıl sonra yapılan kontrollerde, hastanın herhangi bir nörolojik kayıp yaşamadan aktif günlük yaşamına döndüğü belirtilmiştir.
