Alt Servikal Travma
Özet
İş kazası sonrası şiddetli boyun ağrısıyla başvuran 20 yaşındaki erkek hastada, C6 vertebra patlama kırığı ve C5-6 dislokasyonu saptanmıştır. Yapılan değerlendirmede SLICS puanı 9 olarak hesaplanan hastaya, omurilikteki bası ve instabilite nedeniyle hem anterior hem de posterior yaklaşımla 360 derecelik cerrahi stabilizasyon uygulanmıştır. Ameliyat sonrası nörolojik muayenesi normal seyreden hasta, herhangi bir sekel kalmadan ve mobilize bir şekilde taburcu edilmiştir. Alt servikal bölge yaralanmalarında erken cerrahi dekompresyon, sekonder hasarları önlemek ve iyileşme sürecini hızlandırmak açısından kritik önem taşımaktadır.
A 20-year-old male patient presented with severe neck pain following an occupational accident, and imaging revealed a C6 burst fracture and C5-6 dislocation. Based on a SLICS score of 9, the patient underwent a combined 360-degree anterior and posterior surgical stabilization to address spinal cord compression and instability. The procedure resulted in a successful outcome, with the patient being discharged without neurological deficits and fully mobile. Early surgical intervention in subaxial cervical traumas is essential to prevent secondary spinal cord injuries and optimize clinical prognosis.
