Cervical kyphosis and implant failure developed following a laminectomy performed for a C4-5 mass, leading to severe neck pain and dislocation. A 360-degree fusion strategy was employed for treatment, involving posterior release, anterior corpectomy with cage placement to restore alignment, and final posterior instrumentation for stabilization. Postoperatively, the patient's neurological status remained normal, pain significantly decreased, and stable spinal balance was maintained throughout a 3-year follow-up period.
