A 43-year-old male patient presented with a T6 dislocation fracture and complete paraplegia following a fall from a tree, requiring emergent posterior surgical intervention. Stabilization between T2-T10 and distraction maneuvers successfully restored vertebral body height and reduced spinal canal compression to 15%. Although anatomical alignment was restored and dorsal kyphosis was reduced, the patient remained neurologically unchanged and was referred to physical therapy for mobilization via wheelchair.
