Uniganglionik Birleşik, Yapışık Kök Anomalisi
Özet
25 yaşındaki erkek hastada görülen şiddetli bel ve bacak ağrısı, nadir rastlanan ve literatürdeki mevcut sınıflandırmalara uymayan "uniganglionik birleşik, yapışık kök anomalisi" ile ilişkilendirilmiştir. Sol L5 kökünün ganglionsuz olması ve S1 ganglionuna bağlanarak farklı foramenlere dağılmasıyla karakterize olan bu durum, MR görüntüleme ve mikrocerrahi yöntemlerle teşhis edilmiştir. Hastaya uygulanan hemilaminektomi, mikrodiskektomi ve foraminotomi işlemleri sonucunda klinik bulgularda tam iyileşme sağlanmış olup bu vaka, cerrahi komplikasyonların önlenmesi ve uygun prosedürlerin belirlenmesi açısından yol göstericidir.
A 25-year-old male patient presented with severe low back and leg pain associated with a rare "uniganglionic conjoined nerve root anomaly" that does not fit existing classifications in the literature. This condition, characterized by an aganglionic left L5 root connecting to the S1 ganglion and then distributing to different foramina, was diagnosed using MRI and microsurgical exploration. Following hemilaminectomy, microdiscectomy, and foraminotomy procedures, the patient's symptoms resolved completely, making this case a significant guide for reducing surgical complications and selecting appropriate procedures.
