Mc-Nemar, Marjinal Homojenite ve Cochran Q testleri, kategorik ve birbiriyle bağımlı/eşleştirilmiş gruplar arasındaki oranların ya da değişimlerin karşılaştırılmasında kullanılan parametrik olmayan (non-parametrik) istatistiksel yöntemlerdir. Mc-Nemar testi, iki alt kategoriye sahip (evet/hayır, hasta/sağlam vb.) bağımlı iki ölçümün oranlarını 4 gözlü çapraz tablolar üzerinden karşılaştırmak için tercih edilirken, Cochran Q testi bu durumun ikiden fazla tekrarlı ölçüm veya grup içeren genişletilmiş halidir. Analizlerin uygulanabilmesi için grupların bağımlı olması, verilerin ait oldukları evrenden rastgele seçilmesi ve kategorik veri yapısına sahip olunması varsayımlarının karşılanması gerekir.

The McNemar, Marginal Homogeneity, and Cochran Q tests are non-parametric statistical methods used to compare proportions or changes between categorical and dependent/matched groups. While the McNemar test is preferred for comparing the proportions of two dependent measurements with binary outcomes (e.g., yes/no, diseased/healthy) using $2 \times 2$ contingency tables, the Cochran Q test serves as an extension of this approach for designs involving more than two repeated measurements or groups. To properly apply these analyses, specific core assumptions must be satisfied, including the dependency of the compared groups, random selection of subjects from their respective populations, and the categorical nature of the data.
