Kişiler Arası İlişki Bağımlılığı
Özet
Kişiler arası ilişki bağımlılığı, bireyin bağımsız olabileceği durumlarda dahi diğer insanların desteğine, bakımına ve yönlendirmesine kronik düzeyde ihtiyaç duymasıyla karakterize, hem kişisel hem de sosyal hayatı olumsuz etkileyen davranışsal bir bağımlılık türüdür. Tarisel süreci 1930'lu yıllarda alkol bağımlılarının yakınlarına destek amacıyla kurulan topluluklara ve bakım veren davranış modellerine dayanan bu kavram, zamanla tüm aile dinamiklerini etkileyen psikolojik bir sorun olarak kabul edilmiştir. Bireyin toplumsal kabul, aidiyet ve yakınlık ihtiyacından beslenen bu döngü; klasik psikanalitik oral dönem fiksasyonları, nesne ilişkileri, zayıf kendilik temsilleri, bilişsel şemalar, ebeveynlerin aşırı koruyucu veya otoriter tutumları ve güvensiz-saplantılı bağlanma stilleri gibi çok boyutlu kuramsal temellerle açıklanmaktadır. Klinik görünümde "öteki" odaklılık, terk edilme korkusu, suçluluk, hayır diyememe, agresif tutumlar, kendine zarar verme eğilimi ve eş istismarını tolere etme gibi patolojik davranışlar öne çıkarken; ilerleyen aşamalarda bu durum çaresizlik, depresyon, yeme bozuklukları, aşk ve eş bağımlılığı gibi eşlik eden ruhsal hastalıklara veya bağımlı kişilik bozukluğuna evrilebilmektedir. Erken tanı için çeşitli ölçeklerin kullanıldığı bu rahatsızlığın tedavisinde ise otonomi kazandırmayı ve sağlıklı yetişkin modunu güçlendirmeyi amaçlayan bilişsel davranışçı terapiler, psikodinamik yaklaşımlar ve şema terapi bütüncül ve etkili yöntemler olarak uygulanmaktadır.
Interpersonal relationship dependency is a behavioral addiction characterized by an individual's chronic need for others' support, care, and guidance even in situations where they could be independent, negatively impacting both personal and social life. Historically rooted in the 1930s with caregiver behavior models designed to support relatives of alcoholics, this concept was later recognized as a psychological issue affecting all family dynamics. Fed by the human need for social acceptance, belonging, and closeness, this cycle is explained through multidimensional theoretical frameworks including classical psychoanalytic oral fixations, object relations, weak self-representations, cognitive schemas, overprotective or authoritarian parenting, and insecure-anxious attachment styles. While pathological behaviors such as "other-oriented" focus, fear of abandonment, guilt, inability to say no, aggressive attitudes, self-harming tendencies, and tolerating partner abuse stand out in the clinical presentation, this condition can evolve into helplessness, depression, eating disorders, love and codependency, or dependent personality disorder in later stages. For treatment of this ailment evaluated via various scales, cognitive behavioral therapies, psychodynamic approaches, and schema therapy aimed at fostering autonomy and strengthening the healthy adult mode are implemented as integrated and effective methods.
